NATASHA

Hi, I’m Natasha, the Operations Coordinator for IN Events. I manage the staffing, hardware and project planning to ensure a smooth lead up, execution and close off of each event. I have been with IN Events for almost 4 years, and I enjoy the dynamic nature of the business as well as the opportunity to work with amazing clients and an awesome team. It's been a great journey thus far.

AFIYA

Hi, I’m Afiya, IN Events’ Technical Coordinator for the past 6 years. I oversee the pre-event technology setup and deployment, inclusive of briefing the development team, formatting the event databases, testing software platforms, event day setup and technical support, and compiling final reports. I have managed the onsite event backend for numerous events, including AGMs, corporate game campaigns, and RFID ticket distribution.

 

NICHOLAS

Hi, I’m Nicholas, one of the Event Leads for IN Events. I have been a part of the team for over 8 years and have worn a lot of hats during that time - from site visits, staff briefings, event setup, problem solving, and making sure the clients’ requests are properly executed. I bring my charming personality and my take-charge attitude to get the job done. I truly embrace my role with IN Events, and my joy is the great reviews we get afterward!

RELLON

Hi, I'm Rellon. I am currently an Event Lead with IN Events, ensuring seamless onsite execution with special focus on software setup and troubleshooting (you might also hear me making announcements at an AV facilitated event!). I have been a part of IN Events for almost 9 years and have used my programming and computer networking background to help shape the vision that is IN Events.

Hi, I’m Thandiwe. I’ve been with IN Events as Event Lead for the greater part of 2+ years and it has been an amazing experience. IN Events is on the cutting edge of technology and is customer service driven. Coming from a Customer Service and Human Resources background, I thoroughly enjoy supporting our clients and their attendees through strong event staff oversight and above par service execution.

 
 

SHENICE

Hi, I’m Shenice. I have been an Event Lead with IN Events for approximately 6 years. I am responsible for pre-event equipment setup, staff briefings and minor onsite troubleshooting. I also ensure all staff needs are met during the event and that they are clear on their roles and functions throughout. I have been the lead for many events, including AGMs, Corporate Conferences and Ticketed Events.
